Image and Recording Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and image rights, in any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or publicity materials created in connection with any live event shall vest exclusively in The Travers Foundation.

​The Travers Foundation grants the Artist a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use such materials solely for the Artist’s own non-commercial self-promotional purposes (including portfolio, website, press kit, and social media).
