Travers Rising Stars

Travers Rising Stars is a unique funding programme to support ambitious local young musicians, bands, and solo artists. As a Travers Rising Star you will have access to funds to help hone your musical talent improve your performance skills, help get more gigs and create that vital first studio recording. The Travers Rising Stars programme is open to any local band, singing group or solo artist between the ages of 13 and 30 who reside in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire or Rutland.

The Travers Rising Stars programme offers tailored support to meet each artist's needs. Funding will be provided based upon a 6 month plan prepared with you by your "supporter".This person can be a musician, vocal coach, mentor, manager, friend or family member.

The scope of our funding options include:

Vocal Coaching - Develop your performance skills and confidence.
Musician Coaching - Helping you become a more accomplished musician.
Performance Coaching - Develop your stage presence, audience engagement and all round performance.
Music Video - Create a live video performance to promote yourself.
Studio Recording - Support to record first single.
Artist Development - Personal development in songwriting, mindset, image, live performance, marketing, & social media.
Travers Rising Stars LIVE - Showcase your talent in prestigious local venues.
