The Travers Foundation are please to release their 2019 Annual review.
Terry Forsey Chairman of this local Charity reported "2018 was a good year for The Travers Foundation with funding holding steady. We have more contracts in place supporting our young people. What is most encouraging is the outcomes from our support in 2018 is an amazing 96 Gold Medals, 56 Silver and 43 Bronze a fantastic total of 195 medals and superb increase of 40% on 2017."
The annual report shows the level of success continues to rise. 2019 starts with The Travers Foundation celebrating champions across the board including
The Travers Foundation was also recognised this year for its work as a 100% volunteer tun charity. They were presented with The Biz Club Award by Dr Sarah Furness the new Lord Lieutenant of Rutland. Full details of this award may be found in the Annual Review.

- James Mason, European Championship team Gold Medalist
- Emily Brown, UK Junior Ballroom Dancing Champion

- Marita Davies, Gold medal Crufts Dog Agility qualifier
- Freya Batkin, Three-time regional Triathlon winner
- Fynn Batkin, Gold in European Youth Mixed Relay
- Tom Symonds, WKC World Kickboxing Champion.
